GET IN THE HABIT OF...

As we age, we're less likely to experience new things. this flattens our learning curve and slows us down mentally. After all, how fun can certain things be when we've been doing them for years? Here are some tips on how to keep your mind in shape:

Stay connected: Maintaining circles of friends will keep you sharper than you expected.

And visit new places. There's no need to go far or spend a lot of money. Chances are you haven't even experienced everything in your town! if you have, take a trip and learn about wherever it is you decide to go.

Exercise your brain: Cards, games and trivia will help your sharpness remain.

Keep your days structured. try to wake up and go to sleep on time and, more important, plan events or tasks throughout the day and try to complete them on time.

Like TV? Switch up your shows: Make them educational and feel how much your brain grows.

Learn new things in general. There's so much to do! Take a class learn a musical instrument. What about learning how to speak a different language? You can use it when you travel to your new places!
